We have taken great care to represent our products on the website as accurately as possible if however you feel you need further information or more pictures please contact us at amanda.denton@icloud.com and we will try to help.
Our website is constantly evolving and details of hats availability and price may change at any time and we reserve the right to remove hats from our website without notice.
We are a small business and our hats are individually made, we only have one of each design. If for any reason you order a hat and it is no longer available we will contact you to try to suggest a ready made alternative or a bespoke order. If there is a price difference we will refund or charge more accordingly. If you do not wish to go ahead with the alternative suggestion we will refund your payment in full.
A bespoke order will require several steps to ensure the hat is completed according to your wishes. If we are dyeing straws or sinamay we ask that if you are not able to come to the shop with your outfit you supply us with a swatch of fabric to help us recreate the right tone. Once the straw is dyed we would like your acceptance of the colour before we make the hat. Bespoke order can take several weeks to complete please ensure you contact us in plenty of time.

If you require delivery outside of the UK please contact us and we can work out charges. We cannot be held responsible for local import duties or charges or if Customs wish to confiscate any particular item.
We use the Spotify payment platform for online orders and Sage Pay for any orders taken in the shop, they both have encrypted systems and we do not hold any payment details ourselves.

We are a UK business and are governed by UK law any contracts and consumer rights are deemed to be covered by UK legislation.
